Notes:  JT]   I find a German D. Totty buried in Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg, Va.  He died June 22, 1847 age 46 and listed as son of William and Patience Totty.   1820 census for Chesterfield show William Totty, I don't have ages of
his family.   In 1830 Dinwiddie County Patience and German are listed  evidently William died between 1820 and 1830.

[BTM] This is Melissa (Wilson) TOTTY, 2nd wife of Benj. W. TOTTY.   Martha TOTTY is the dau of B.W. and Martha Franklin TOTTY, the 1st wife.   Our list member betty griffis <bettygriffis@yahoo.com> is descendent from Melissa and B.W. TOTTY, through Benjamin Harrison TOTTY s/o Melissa and B.W. TOTTY.

[BTM]  The bible record of Eli and Leonora (LEE) TOTTY, I believe has been posted already.  I do not have a Eli listed as son of Thomas Terry and Nancy Perkinson TOTTY.   Any body else know who Eli was the son of?

[BTM]  This could not be the same as the Nancy PERKINSON who married Thomas Terry TOTTY on Dec. 12, 1818.  She would have only been 8 years old at that time according to the age of this Nancy [Unknown] above.
